FactorThirty puts supplier info, destination research, peer reviews and event calendars into one private workspace, and then pays you to help build it. Your knowledge is the product. Your contributions make the next agent faster. That agent's contributions come back to you.

We stay invite-only on purpose. Not gatekeeping. Signal. When a member leaves a review, you can trust it. When they add a supplier, the commission note is accurate. When they answer a question in community, they've actually booked the thing.

Who is FactorThirty for?
Working travel agents. Host agencies, consortia, independent contractors, full-timers, side-hustlers. If you book travel for a commission and you're serious about it, you're our person.
Why is it invite-only?
Because the community is the product. Open sign-ups fill a platform with tourists, lead-gen bots and pitch accounts within a month. We'd rather grow slower and keep the signal high. Every member goes through a short application so peer reviews and supplier intel stay worth reading.
How much does it cost?
$29/month, no contract. The first 500 members pay $14.50/month for life. That's the Founding 500 deal and it never increases, even if list price goes up later.
What makes the Founding 500 different?
50% off forever, a founding-member tag on every supplier and destination you contribute, quarterly input on the product roadmap, and first access to new tools. Once 500 seats are claimed, the tier closes permanently.
Can I really earn my subscription back?
Yes. Every billing cycle you get two targets: add 5 submissions (destinations or suppliers) and leave 5 peer reviews. Hit either target, we credit 50% of next month. Hit both, next month is free. It's literally how the platform gets built. Your knowledge, your credit.
What's the affiliate program?
Refer another agent and earn 35% recurring commission on their subscription, forever. Stacks on top of contribution credits, so you can pay $0 and still earn cash. Payouts via Stripe Connect, monthly, once you clear $25.
Do I need to be with an agency already?
Yes. FactorThirty is for agents actively booking travel. You don't need to be a top producer. Brand new agents are welcome. But you do need to be signed up with a host agency or consortium somewhere. We're not a "get into travel" program.
What happens if I change host or go independent?
Your profile stays with you. Submissions, reviews and affiliate earnings all come with. Some agency-specific fields (team, certifications) may reset and your member tier may adjust, but the tools don't change.
How does the application work?
One-minute form, reviewed by a human inside 48 hours, often same day. No sales call, no "opportunity" deck. If you're approved, you're in: login, onboarding, affiliate code, done.
